Katie Fettes

Executive Member – Advisory Team

Katie is the Programs Manager at Land Core, a nonprofit organization advancing soil health policies and programs that create value for farmers, businesses and communities.

Katie manages Land Core’s suite of programs, including federal policy, risk modeling, education, and land leases. She also co-founded the Rainmaker Enterprise, a nonprofit organization installing solar-powered water systems for community health, food security, and climate adaptation in South Sudan, where she is a Board member and assists with operations.

Katie holds an MA in Conflict, Security and Development from King’s College London, and a BA in Peace, Conflict and Justice Studies from the Munk School of Global Affairs at the University of Toronto.
