The EELL Conference, organized by the Pan African Centre for Climate Policy (PACC Policy), is an influential annual platform dedicated to advancing environmental education and lifelong learning as vital tools in combating climate change and promoting sustainability. Building on the successes of 2023, 2024 and 2025, the 2026 edition aims to foster global dialogue, innovation, and collaboration among educators, policymakers, activists, and learners of all ages.
Project Objectives:
- Promote Awareness and Knowledge: Elevate understanding of environmental issues through expert-led discussions, workshops, and keynote speeches.
- Encourage Lifelong Learning: Highlight innovative approaches to continuous environmental education beyond formal schooling.
- Foster Collaboration: Create a dynamic space for cross-sector partnerships among governments, NGOs, educational institutions, and communities.
- Influence Policy: Serve as a catalyst for policy development and implementation that supports environmental literacy at local, national, and international levels.
