Renata Konadu is PACCPolicy Research Fellow responsible for women, health and environment related issues. She is also a lecturer at De Montfort University in the UK where she delivers corporate sustainability and governance modules. Ms. Renata has always been passionate about climate change and environmental sustainability discourse focusing on policy reformulation and project management. She worked as an associate sustainability consultant with a top construction firm in Ghana for 6 years providing advice on all sustainability (i.e., environment and health) related issues. Renata was part of a 5-member team who won the grants to carry out studies into corporate environmental fines in 2016. She has gone through weeks of e-courses and training programmes with the World Bank where she developed skills on low emissions development and strategies to support green growth economy. Her top priority is to ensure that women and girls especially are involved in the climate change mitigation strategies.
