Ewi Stephanie Lamma
Research Fellow – Natural Resource Management
Ewi Stephanie Lamma is a Research Fellow with the Pan African Centre for Climate Policy (PACC Policy) in the domain of Sustainable Natural Resource Management, where she carries out research, and articles. Lamma has over 5 years of experience working with rural communities, specifically building the capacities of youths and women on resource management, sustainable self-reliance alternatives, leadership and policy formulation.
Lamma is a Young African Leader Initiative (YALI) fellow and serves her community as a teacher, a counsellor and a radio presenter. Lamma also volunteers as a research assistant with Forests, Resources and People, a research-based local non-governmental organization in Cameroon where she has played the role of a project manager in several research and implementation projects.
Lamma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geology and Environmental sciences, from the University of Buea, Cameroon and is presently working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Theology.
Ewi Stephanie Lamma has a goal to play a part in promoting environmental sustainability through research in Natural Resource Management, publish results to share the best strategies, make recommendations and assist with the implementation of environmental management decisions in Cameroon and Africa at large.
