Enoch Bessah is the Programs Manager of the Pan African Centre for (PACC) Policy. Enoch is a final year PhD student in Environmental Management under the Pan African University Institute of Life and Earth Sciences (PAULESI) hosted in the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He is currently working on climate and land use changes impact on water resources in Ghana. A highly motivated, dynamic, and development-oriented researcher, who is skilled and experienced in the field of climate change, soil and land-use engineering, social survey, remote sensing, GIS and modelling. He has over 7 years of experience in research in the area of agriculture and environment in Ghana and Nigeria.
Enoch has worked on projects funded by Government of Ghana (Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources), Brazilian Corporation of Agricultural Research (EMBRAPA), DFAT-Australian Government, International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA), International Fertilizer Development Centre (IFDC), Agricultural Transformation by Innovation (AGTRAIN) and Ghana Agro-Dealers Development (GADD).
Enoch has a master’s degree in Climate Change and Adapted Land Use and BSc. Agricultural Engineering. He is a member of African Association of Remote Sensing of the Environment, International Association of Landscape Ecology and Graduate member of Ghana Society of Agricultural Engineering.
